- Smear salt to the vegetables and let it stand for 15 minutes in a glass bowl. Wash rinse and pat dry the vegetables. Mix the remaining ingredients together except for the toasted sesame seeds.
- Mix soya sauce,vinegar,tomato ketchup, black salt,sugar and sesame oil in a bowl.Stir till sugar is dissolved.Mix this sauce in the vegetables alongwith toasted sesame seeds.Toss all with a spoon till the sauce is well coated in the vegetables. Give it a standing time of 30 minutes and serve chilled a delicious side dish for rice,kababs,stir fries,noodles etc.
