  11. Teaspoon Mixed Herbs, Dried
  12. Teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground

  1. Season the beef with the mixed herbs, pinch salt, pinch pepper, oil and mix then add to oven @200 ~20min
  2. Once above goes into oven, start the rice with the peas to boil/simmer and chop the onion large slices. Rinse the beans off and sit to the side.
  3. Once boiled, drain and add the peas to beans in the strainer and sit rice aside. Once dried a bit add to the wok with the butter, onion, and rice. Add rest of salt, pepper, and the chilli flakes and stir through.
  4. Heat wok on low heat when beef is about 5 minutes out and stir through. Add the beef and cover ~15min. Add the bbq sauce and stir through regularly and cover. Add the spinach ~5min left then serve up.
