  1. Slice the beef thinly and shred the other vegetables. Combine all the seasonings.
  2. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the beef quickly. Add the onion and mushrooms and continue to stir fry.
  3. Add 300 ml of water and the combined seasonings to the frying pan. When it boils, add dried harusame bean noodles. Loosen, stir and fry over high heat.
  4. Once the sauce cooks down, add the bell pepper and green pepper. Stir fry quickly.
