  1. Wash wings properly and add ginger garlic paste, black pepper, paprika and salt.
  2. Put corn flour or white flour. Mix it well with hands. Leave it for marination for half an hour.
  3. Pour oil in the preheated wok and put the wings for frying. One side has done then flip it.
  4. Once it turns golden brown take it out in strainer and keep it there.
  5. Take a pan and heat it up. Pour oil and Put chopped onions with garlic paste. Mix it well till it turns soft.
  6. Add Gochujang paste and soya sauce. Mix it well
  7. Mix it well and put honey. And little hit water to make the consistency thin. Once it starts simmer, add all wings inside, and try to toss or flip it over and over and to make sure the sauce fully covered on wings.
  8. Put roasted sesame seed and serve in a platter with your choice of 🥪 or salads.
